近日，三联公司针对泉州某雷德公司专利侵权行为启动了专利侵权诉讼，并向受理法院申请对某雷德公司的相关侵权设备进行证据保全，受理法院于2023年8月11日做出裁定，认定三联公司的申请符合法律规定，依照《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》相关规定：采取拍照、录音、录像、查封、扣押等方法对某雷德公司生产现场、与侵权案件相关的设备进行证据保全。

Recently, S.L Machinery initiated a patent infringement lawsuit against a certain Red Company in Quanzhou, and applied to the receiving court for evidence preservation of the relevant infringing equipment of a certain  Company. The receiving court ruled on August 11, 2023 that S.L Machinery 's application met legal requirements. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the following measures were taken: taking photos, recording, recording, sealing up Seizure and other methods are used to preserve evidence on the production site of a certain company and equipment related to infringement cases.
